As you guys saw in my last post. Aaron and I decided to challenge ourselves to do 6 sets of 10 for each exercise in our workout with a view of increasing the weight once we find it too comfortable.
Today was chest and shoulders. It was awesome!
UNILATERAL CHEST CABLE FLY
6 SETS OF EACH DOING 10 REPS!
It may seem easy, but by the time you’re on set 4…wow!
Motivation often drops if you don’t challenge yourself enough or if you constantly do the same workouts over and over.
Mix it up a little! Do more sets, lift heavier, do anything to stop yourself from being comfortable. Being uncomfortable is the best way to progress.
