It’s been a week with a struggle for motivation so I figured I’d go all out for my Sunday workout and do a double.

WORKOUT #1 – Back 

UNILATERAL LAT PULLDOWNS – 3 sets to fatigue

BENT OVER ROWS (UNILATERAL) – 4 sets to fatigue

WIDE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS – 3 sets to fatigue

UPRIGHT ROWS – 3 sets to fatigue

UNILATERAL REVERSE CABLE FLYS – 3 sets to fatigue

WORKOUT #2 

BICEP CURLS supersetted with 

TRICEP PULLDOWNS – 3 sets of 10 to 15

SKULL CRUSHERS – 3 sets of 6-10

EZ BAR CURLS (light) – 3 sets of 30 

OVERHEAD CABLE TRICEP EXTENSIONS (light) – 3 sets of 30

I felt awesome after this. I needed it.

I may even go for a run later or get some cardio via a t25 workout. T25 is my ‘go to’ workout when I need extra cardio or if my motivation is lacking. What do you guys do when motivation is gone?
