It’s not often that Aaron and I get to work out together, what with work and all.

I came home today to find him already working out in the gym. WITHOUT ME! 

Aaron worked shoulders, chest and back but was happy to carry on and work arms with me. HURRAY!

Here’s our workout:

BICEP CURLS 

supersetted with 

TRICEP PULLDOWNS

3 sets of 10 to 15

I love supersets and that feeling of completely tiring my muscles out!

Remember to get a little extra rest after a superset.
