Okay, so it’s a shoulders, back and chest workout but this will work your biceps and triceps too.

INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS – 4 sets of 10
(Works your chest, shoulders & triceps)
DUMBBELL CHEST FLY – 3 sets of 8
SHOULDER PRESS – 3 sets of 10
WIDE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS – 4 sets of 12
CABLE FACE PULLS – 3 sets of 8
(This is an awesome move for your rear delts which is a common weak point)
I’d recommend taking 30 seconds rest between sets.
